Do you ship all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver nationwide. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 working days and arrive within 3-7 working days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Absolutely. We accept returns that are processed within 3 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your package in real time.
Are your products food-safe?
Yes - all kitchen and storage items are BPA-free and food-safe.
Does Sorted Space have any retail locations?
We don't currently have any retail locations, but never say never! Please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page to stay updated.
Can I cancel my order?
We regret that we are not able to cancel orders once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center. You're welcome to return it if you do not need it.
Can I modify my order?
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order as processing begins immediately. You can however, return and re-order. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience.
